Wuhan Desytek Environmental Protection & New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Desytek New Materials") is a technology-based joint-stock enterprise established in 1999. Founded and developed by professors and experts from Wuhan University, the company has a registered capital of 75.24 million yuan. In 2015, the company completed its joint-stock reform and was listed on the New Third Board, with the stock code 833324.
Desytek New Materials is a national high-tech enterprise and a national-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative "little giant" enterprise. The Desytek Technology Center has been recognized as a Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
Desytek New Materials mainly engages in the R&D, production, and sales of functional, environmentally friendly surface treatment new materials and optoelectronic new materials. It has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Wuhan Desytek New Materials Co., Ltd. (located in Gedian Development Zone, Ezhou City) and Desytek High-tech & Novel Materials Co., Ltd. (located in Xisaishan District, Huangshi City).

The Desytek Technology Center was designated as a pilot platform for technology transfer in Wuhan. Desytek's new production base was established in Huangshi, Hubei.

The company's abbreviation and stock abbreviation were changed from "Desytek Environmental Protection" to "Desytek New Materials". The company's independent research and development project was successfully selected into the municipal technology innovation project plan.

2019

Desytek New Materials celebrates its 20th anniversary. A new production line has been commissioned at the Desytek Industrial Park, further increasing production capacity. Desytek's Optoelectronic Materials Division has been established, launching innovative research in high-end, high-purity wet electronic chemicals. Desytek New Materials has been elected as the chairman of the Conversion Film Professional Committee of the China Surface Engineering Association.

2018

The company was named a Wuhan Science and Technology "Little Giant" enterprise; The company was selected for Wuhan's "Thousand Enterprises, Ten Thousand People" support program; Desytek products were selected as Wuhan's 2018 innovative products; Recognized as a hidden champion in a specific sector of Hubei Province's pillar industries.

2017

The batch hot-dip galvanizing chromium-free passivation agent series products were successfully upgraded and developed, and officially began to be promoted and used.

2016

Received recognition at the Wuhan Municipal "New Third Board Listed Enterprise Innovation Forum" Won the title of "Green Material Supplier" at the 19th World Surface Finishing Conference Won the title of "Top Ten Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprises of 2016"

Established in its own Desytek Industrial Park; Passed ISO/TS16949 international management system certification, officially embarking on a standardized and rapid development track.

2011

Chromium-free passivation agents were officially put into mass production at Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation and began to be promoted to other steel mills. A series of unique trivalent chromium passivation agents, including blue-white, multicolored, golden, and black, were successfully developed and began to be promoted and applied in the electroplating industry.

2010

The company purchased industrial land in Gedian Development Zone

2009

A heat-resistant, specially modified acrylic water-based resin has been designated a promotional project in Wuhan. An internationally advanced chromium-free passivating agent has begun extensive industrial application trials.

2008

We have successfully developed a silane composite nanomaterial to replace steel phosphating. We have also successfully developed a series of chromium-free passivation products for metal coatings. The company has received ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications for its environmental management systems.

2007

The successful development of high-quality water-based ink resin binder has once again received support from the National Innovation Fund.
