Coupling Agent

This product is a class of organosilane coupling agents containing benzocyclobutene (BCB) groups.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The BCB reactive groups can react with various unsaturated groups. Compared with vinyl-containing silane coupling agents, this product, after reacting and crosslinking with unsaturated resins, imparts better heat resistance and a lower coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE).

 

Product Features

  • This product class exhibits high reactivity and can cure with unsaturated resins under heating conditions.
  • It can be applied directly or modified with other organic or inorganic modifiers as needed.
  • It can be used for surface treatment of inorganic materials or added to unsaturated resin mixtures to enhance their adhesion to inorganic surfaces.
  • It demonstrates good storage stability under appropriate storage conditions.

 

Application Characteristics

This product can be used for surface treatment of copper foil to enhance its adhesion to hydrocarbon resins. It can also be used for the surface treatment of fillers and glass fiber cloth, improving their processability and reducing the CTE of the system.

SYSTEM CERTIFICATION


Desytek New Materials has joined hands with Wuhan University, Hubei University, Jianghan University and industry chain institutions to establish the "Joint Innovation Center for Optoelectronic Materials" to create an open R&D platform, expand the "industry-university-research" cooperation mechanism in related fields, and jointly carry out basic research, application development and talent training.
